You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Once we receive the returned item and it meets the conditions below, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Products must be returned in their original condition, including all labels and tags.
The product must not show signs of use or damage.
Returns Process

Return Shipment We recommend sending the return using a Track & Trace shipping method. The sender is responsible for the return shipment and any associated return shipping costs.
Complete the Return Form After contacting us, you will receive a return form that must be completed.
Send the Package Include the completed return form in the package and send the items to the return address provided. Make sure the shipment includes a Track and Trace code.
Receive Your Refund Once we receive your returned package and verify that it meets the return conditions, Votole will process the refund within 5 business days.

Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transport and use a trackable shipping method so the shipment can be monitored.
Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets the return conditions. If approved, the purchase amount will be refunded. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Responsibility for Uncollected Packages
If a package is not collected within the specified time at the designated pickup location or delivery address, responsibility lies with the customer.
If the package is returned to our warehouse or logistics partner, additional handling or return costs may apply and may be deducted from the refund.
