Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT) Monday to Friday are eligible for same-day processing.

Orders placed after this time, or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking code via email. Tracking information typically becomes available within 2–3 days after shipment, allowing you to monitor the delivery of your Votole order.

Cancellation Policy for Orders

Depending on the order status, processing or restocking costs may apply and may be deducted from the refund amount.

Responsibility for Uncollected Packages

If a package is not collected within the specified time at the designated pickup location or delivery address, responsibility lies with the customer.

If the package is returned to our warehouse or logistics partner, additional handling or return costs may apply, which may be deducted from the refund amount.
